• In case of cancellation, the deposit is not refundable.
• You have the possibility to change the date of the session or to postpone the deposit to another type of session at the latest 72 hours before it. Once this deadline has passed, it’s no longer possible for you to change the date and the deposit is no longer refundable.

1. Booking a Photo Shoot
   To confirm your booking, a deposit of CHF 150 is required. This deposit must be paid within 3 days with your confirmation and a copy of the signed contract. The deposit is non-refundable. (See my cancellation policy below.)
2. Session Schedule
   On the day of the session, please arrive at the agreed upon time; any delay will be deducted from the scheduled session time!
   You must come prepared for the photo shoot.
   The photo shoot lasts as long as indicated in the selected package. For an additional 15 minutes of photo shoot, an invoice of CHF 75 will be issued.
   Only those participating in the session may attend the photo shoot.
3. Price and Payment
   Payment must be made in cash on the day of the session or in advance by bank transfer or Twint. (Payment in two installments is possible upon prior agreement.)
   No refunds will be given.
4. Photo Delivery
   Unretouched photos will be sent no later than 1 week after the session and after payment.
   If paying in installments, all photos will only be sent after full payment.
   Retouched photos will be delivered within 3-4 weeks after receiving your selection.
   Photos are delivered via WeTransfer link in digital format. Express retouching 3-5 days – 100 CHF
5. Photo Backup
   After sending the photos, backing them up is the client’s responsibility because the WeTransfer link is only valid for 1 month. If you have any problems downloading the photos or are unable to download them, contact me immediately so I can resend them.
   Additional fee for sending RAW files: 100 CHF upon request.
   Unretouched photos (RAW) are kept for 30 days after the session date.
   Retouched photos are kept for 6 months after they are sent. Retouched photos must be selected no later than 30 days after the photo shoot. If you do not receive a response within 30 days of the shoot, the retouched photos will no longer be available.
   Late retouching of your JPG files, after 30 days, will be charged an additional CHF 100!
   The photographer cannot be held responsible for the loss or backup of photos.
6. Photographic Style and Retouching
   By choosing Anastel Photography, you accept her artistic style. The client accepts that this vision may differ from her own. The photographer cannot be held responsible if the client does not like the photos. The client must understand that unretouched photos will not be as perfect as retouched photos. An unretouched photo may include studio props and surrounding scenery. Regarding retouched photos, special requests can be met only if possible. Only the number of photos selected in the package will be retouched. Each additional retouched photo is charged CHF 30.-
7. Behavior during the photoshoot
   The photographer is not responsible for the children’s moods. The photo shoot cannot be postponed and full payment is required.
8. Gift Certificate
   Gift certificates are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. They are valid for 1 year after purchase. Gift certificates are sent by mail.
9. Personal Items and Accidents
   Anastel Photography is not responsible for any loss or damage to any item belonging to one of its clients.
   Anastel Photography cannot be held responsible for any accidents involving the client or participants.
   The client is responsible for themselves and any people accompanying them to the session. In the event of damage or breakage of equipment by the client(s) or their children, the client(s) or their children will be required to reimburse the client at the new price.
